Phoenix - Getting Started
Our internet trading platform is built with advanced technolgy. It provides real time
streaming data directly to your internet browser, thus avoiding the need for lengthy
or complicated downloads.
The minimum specification to run our system is:
- Pentium III, 750MHz +.
- 64Mb RAM.
- 56k modem.

Internet Explorer 5.5 or above, with either the Microsoft or Sun
Microsystems Java Virtual Machine.
or
Netscape 7 / Mozilla 1.7 with the Sun Microsystems Java Virtual Machine.
To enable our system to work seamlessly there are important settings in your browser
that must be set as described below.
Please Note: Your machine must have Adobe Flash Player 8 (or above)
or a Java Virtual Machine (JVM) for our system to work. This allows your browser to
download and run small secure applications which provide a permanent connection
between your browser and our servers.
The latest version of Flash can be downloaded from Adobe's site
www.adobe.com.
The latest version of Java can be downloaded from Sun Microsystem's site
www.java.com.

Quick launch
1. Click the menu option 'Tools'. Select 'Internet Options'.
On the 'Security Tab' ensure that the security level for the 'Internet zone' is set to Medium.
